• A typical 3-4 bedroom house with 2 1/2 baths if cleaned on a regular basis usually takes about 3 hours. The first time I clean, it may take longer. I can tailor your cleaning to your budget as well. We can rotate areas to be cleaned or particular things within each area etc..  

• There may be additional charges if your house has not been cleaned in a long while or there is an unusual amount of build up or clutter. This is very rare, but does occasionally happen.

• There are no contracts.

• It takes time to do a thorough job and disinfect. So it may seem like it takes longer than previous cleaning personnel or cost more, but it is true even more so in the cleaning business that you get what you pay for. We don't cut corners (like mopping burt not sweeping)
